Esther is an amazing personal trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable, a great listener, and created effective, motivating workouts. I came to her with a specific need to increase strength in my glutes and hamstrings following ACL surgery on my right knee. She listened to my situation very carefully and asked great questions to help her figure out the best training plan for me. She also took the time to consult with other experts to create a personalized plan. The sessions she created were whole body (as everything is connected) while also emphasizing my specific strengthening needs.

Each workout was different to keep things interesting, and could be done in the gym or at home. The exercises were no joke challenging, but she is a very motivating trainer- focusing on my form, making sure I'm learning the exercises the right way. She is also extremely personable and very funny, which made it all the more rewarding.
