Structured split training for serious strength building. Upper body, lower body, and full body — the works. This is a 4 week program. You will lift 4 days a week and each workout is around 45 min. This program is split into 2 Upper Body workouts and 2 Lower Body workouts each week. This is the only program where I included both FA and AYOP. The FA portion will feel the most like a 1:1 with me. This is where I break down the moves and give you a step by step instruction of the exercise. If you have the moves down, just swipe and complete the remaining set with AYOP (just look for my dog, Logan :))

Esther Williams wasn't supposed to run, let alone become a trainer. Born with a congenital heart defect, she was given limitations instead of possibilities. She chose to rewrite that story.

Now in her 50s, Esther brings over two decades of experience — from the Gray Institute's 3D functional movement training to hands-on work with cancer patients at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in NYC. She's not about aesthetics or hustle culture. She's about building a body that lets you live fully, at every age.

Absolutely. While Gooder Fitness specializes in functional training that serves people 40 and up especially well, the programs are designed for all fitness levels and ages — from 20 to 70+. The 3D movement approach, progressive programming, and smart training philosophy benefit anyone who wants to move better and get stronger, regardless of age.

Just the basics: a set of dumbbells (3, 5, 8, 10, and 12 lbs recommended), a square step with risers, and resistance bands. Kettlebells are optional. You can do every workout at home — no gym membership needed.

Esther trained cancer patients at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in NYC and brings that experience into every program she designs. Her approach is to meet you where you are — challenging you safely while respecting what your body is going through. That said, always check with your medical team before starting any new exercise program.

Follow Along (FA) means Esther does every rep with you in real time with coaching cues — like a personal training session. At Your Own Pace (AYOP) gives you video demos for each exercise, then you complete the workout on your own schedule with your own music. Both are included in every program.
