Esther trained cancer patients at Memorial Sloan-Kettering in NYC and brings that experience into every program she designs. Her approach is to meet you where you are — challenging you safely while respecting what your body is going through. Just the basics: a set of dumbbells (3, 5, 8, 10, and 12 lbs recommended), a square step with risers, and resistance bands. Kettlebells are optional. You can do every workout at home — no gym membership needed.

Esther was born with the same congenital heart defect that took her older sister. She was so sick she didn't have a name until her first birthday — when her family started to believe she'd live. She's been moving, and helping others move, ever since.

Her work is grounded in the Gray Institute's Applied Functional Science — how the body actually moves in all three planes, not just the one most gyms train. At Memorial Sloan-Kettering in New York, she spent years coaching cancer patients, learning to listen and modify for clients whose reason for showing up had nothing to do with aesthetics. That experience reshaped how she defines fitness, period.

Today she coaches across every decade: 20-somethings building a foundation, adults working around new aches in their 40s and 50s, clients in oncology recovery, people rebuilding after arthritis or osteoporosis. The common thread isn't age. It's the choice to keep getting stronger.
