Structured split training for serious strength building. Upper body, lower body, and full body — the works.
This is a 4 week program. You will lift 4 days a week and each workout is around 45 min. This program is split into 2 Upper Body workouts and 2 Lower Body workouts each week. This is the only program where I included both FA and AYOP.
The FA portion will feel the most like a 1:1 with me. This is where I break down the moves and give you a step by step instruction of the exercise. If you have the moves down, just swipe and complete the remaining set with AYOP (just look for my dog, Logan :))
