This is a 4 week program. You will workout 5 days a week but all of the workouts are under 30 min. This program is designed to create a movement habit. You have 7 days to complete the 5 workouts. The workouts are smartly designed so that you can do them daily. Different body parts are targeted. Mobility day included.
