Phase 1 - A 6-week program. In the STRONG portion of the program, we lift 3 days a week using DBs, bands and a step. 40 minutes or less. On SKILL days, we have a LEARN day where we learn some kettlebell moves and we PRACTICE or drill those in. Then we have a COMPLEX & FLOW day where we take all we've learned in our LEARN day and put a complex or two together that turns into a flow. It's addictive!
